Table d’hôtes
For the most discerning gourmets, Château Haut Cazevert has a hosts’ table that will amaze your taste buds! Whether in front of the sunset in summer or by the fireplace in winter, you will enjoy an aperitif and then a dinner concocted by Raquel, who will introduce you to his Franco-Spanish cuisine, a traditional cuisine combining generosity and nobility of products.
Dinners follow the seasons and are made up mainly of local products. They will be adapted according to your preferences and/or possible allergies.
For example, in winter, you can enjoy a filet mignon with mustard and honey from our beehives, while in summer you can enjoy vegetables from our vegetable garden in salads or pies… Food and wine pairings will be suggested by Emmanuel.
Dinners can be served every day of the week except Sundays and must be ordered the day before.
