OUR LAND AND OUR WINES

The property is located in Blasimon, in the heart of the Entre Deux Mers. The entire 28-hectare property has been converted to organic farming and has been awarded the HVE4 (High Environmental Value) label4.

Our grape varieties are Merlot, Cabernet and Malbec for the red wine AOC Bordeaux. The Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Sémillon grape varieties form the blend for our AOC Entre Deux Mers white wine.

We also vinify a small plot of Syrah, in red Vin de France.

Tasting

Superb colour, dark burgundy, with intense reflections. The attack is frank, the fruit bright and powerful, supported by supple tannins.

Agreements

It will go well with red meats, dishes with sauces and cheeses.

Tasting

Deep garnet colour. Gourmet nose, round finish and good length in the mouth.

To be enjoyed with a good free-range chicken in the oven, tapas and other small dishes.

Chateau de l'Harandailh

Blend according to the year of: Merlot, Malbec or Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting

Ruby colour with purple reflections. Intense nose, reminiscent of blackcurrant and cherry. The palate offers a round and unctuous flesh, carried by supple tannins. Good finish.

Agreements

It will go very well with a 7-hour lamb or a filet mignon with sweet spices

Chateau Haut Cazevert

Château Haut Cazevert is located in Blasimon, in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers, between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers.

Located on one of the highest points of the Gironde, the vineyard benefits from a soil rich in clay and limestone giving the wines fresh aromas and a balanced palate.

The estate covers about thirty hectares and benefits from 2 appellations:

Blend according to the years of: Sauvignon gris, Sémillon, Sauvignon blanc

Tasting

Beautiful, pale colour, sparkling with green reflections. Large, pure, frank and flattering nose of ripe Sauvignon with a touch of exoticism and floral notes. Magnificent, balanced, saline, juicy palate that releases flavors of grapefruit, lychees, with a formidable balance.

Serve between 12° and 14°

Agreements

It will accompany seafood, grilled fish and also a good goat cheese.
