RESERVATION<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Reservations are non-transferable. It will only become effective after receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (100% in the case of e-booking).<\/p>\n

Reservations are understood as an overnight stay in one of our rooms, including breakfast. Any meals, drinks or ancillary activities consumed on site will be paid for on site at the end of the stay.<\/p>\n

The full amount must be paid 8 days before the arrival date. Should this not be the case, the Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION<\/u><\/h2>\n

We will refund the full amount of the deposit if the cancellation is made up to 8 days before the scheduled arrival date.<\/p>\n

The 50% deposit is retained if cancellation is made 4 and 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of cancellation within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the reservation price will be charged.<\/p>\n

ARRIVALS \/ DEPARTURES<\/u><\/h2>\n

Arrivals are between 5pm and 7pm and departures between 8am and 11am at the latest. Exceptional late arrivals must be notified by e-mail 48 hours in advance.<\/p>\n

RATES<\/u><\/h2>\n

Our prices are subject to change due to economic conditions or regulatory provisions. They include all taxes and only the price shown on your booking form or other confirmation letter is binding.<\/p>\n

ROOMS<\/u><\/h2>\n

All our rooms, as well as the rest of the house, are non-smoking, but smoking is tolerated outside if it does not disturb those present.<\/p>\n

They have a maximum capacity of 2 people.<\/p>\n

It is strictly forbidden to bring visitors onto the estate or inside the house.<\/p>\n

Pets are not allowed in the house.<\/p>\n

Snacks, picnics and meals are not permitted in the room.<\/p>\n

PARKING<\/u><\/h2>\n

Private, uncovered parking is available on the property.<\/p>\n

PICNIC BREAKFAST AND DINNER<\/u><\/p>\n

Breakfast will be served between 8am and 10am. We can bring the timetable forward if a time constraint requires us to bring the breakfast time forward. You will need to notify us the day before.<\/p>\n

The picnic, ordered the day before, will be ready in the morning from 9am, but if a time constraint means that the picnic has to be prepared earlier, there will be no problem preparing it in advance.<\/p>\n

Dinner, ordered the day before, will be served around 7:30\/8pm, so we’ll adapt and do our best for all guests.<\/p>\n

DISPUTES<\/u><\/p>\n
